Who We Are Looking For

Available Roles

Personal Trainer

An experienced Personal Trainer ready to work within a premium gym environment. You bring passion for training, a strong client base, and the desire to grow within a high-calibre team. Whether you specialise in strength, bodybuilding, powerlifting or general fitness, we want to hear from you.

Allied Health Professional

We welcome Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Massage Therapists looking for a space to run their practice. Access to a treatment room with a massage table is available. Ideal for practitioners who want to work alongside elite coaches in a gym-based setting.

Experience and Client Base

Ideally you are an established professional with some existing clientele. Having a strong foundation of clients will set you up for success at Paddo Performance.

Compensation

How It Works

This is a rent-based position where you will pay a weekly fee for use of our facility. In return you will enjoy full access to everything Paddo Performance has to offer.

Structure Weekly rent for use of the facility. You keep 100% of what you earn from your clients.

Gym Access Unlimited use of all gym facilities at any time, including 24/7 access.

Treatment Room Available to allied health practitioners as needed for client consultations and treatments.

Content Space Use of the gym for workshops, filming and content creation to grow your personal brand.
