About Dani
Bridging Allied Health and Personal Training
With years of experience training clients as both an Osteopath and Personal Trainer, I've found a unique way to bridge the gap between personal training and allied health. My mission is to help people not only treat but also prevent injuries through movement.
I specialise in exercise prescription for strength, hypertrophy, performance and injury rehabilitation.
Driven by a passion for global education on the power of proper training, I co-founded My Training Space, a training and education app where I share my proven methods and offer tailored programs for a wide range of fitness goals and injuries.
In addition to the app, I co-direct Paddo Performance, one of Sydney's most prestigious gyms, alongside my partner, Paul. Together, we've built a space focused on achieving results through movement-based training.
My mantra, "Movement Is Medicine," reflects my belief in movement as the cornerstone of long-term health and performance. I'm passionate about challenging traditional coaching and rehabilitation models, using exercise as a tool to empower my clients.
I also share my expertise alongside the late Dr. Andrew Lock and Julie Lock through United Health Education, where we present seminars globally and provide educational content online.
